Lakshmi Divya Yalavarthi is an architect and project management professional with 10 years of experience in the hospitality, commercial, urban infrastructure, and healthcare sectors. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) and a Master of Building Engineering & Management (M.B.E.M) from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
Her expertise spans project feasibility, design management, execution planning, contract negotiations, and cost optimization. She has led the coordination and execution of large-scale developments, including luxury hotels, commercial offices, urban master plans, and healthcare infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration of design and construction. Her role involves stakeholder management, value engineering, and interdisciplinary collaboration, optimizing projects from concept to completion.
In addition to her work in large-scale developments, she is a practicing architect, handling independent consultancy projects in architecture and construction management. She has also contributed to government-backed research initiatives, including the National Building Code (Fire and Lift Safety) and the Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centre development proposals. She is a registered architect under the Council of Architecture, India, actively engaged in advancing best practices in building design and execution.
