Every undergraduate course page must display KIS widget(s).



The widget will not display data if a course has insufficient data. This would be if a course is new, has a small cohort or low response rate to the survey. The widget must always link to the correct course information page on Discover Uni website.

Troubleshooting:

If a widget does not display data and does not link to the correct course page, then please follow these steps in the given order.

1. Check that the KIS code does not have any extra spaces after the code. 
2. If the course cannot be found on Discover Uni site, please liaise with SDM (for new course, data may not have been sent to Discover Uni yet).
3. Check with SDM that the KIS code is correct (if KIS codes have changed during the annual KIS return, then the new information will be available when Unistats publish the annual data).
4. If all of the above are correct and there is still an issue with the widget, please contact the Web team.

If there are doubts over the stats that are displayed, please check with SDM.
