Research area(s)
Radiation biology, radiation cytogenetics, Low dose radiation research
Research Interests
We are interested in how exposure to ionising radiation, from a variety of occupational, medical and environmental sources can lead to genomic damage, and the mechanisms of how this cellular damage may lead to adverse human health effects.
Our current research projects can be grouped broadly as (1) Genetic markers of radiation exposure (2) understanding health risks of exposures (3) Health and Wellbeing and, (4) Education and Engagement.
