For the website to function correctly, and in accordance with the design, it is necessary to ensure that items appear in the correct order in any generated menus.Ìý

The menu order screen can be accessed at any folder level in the following two ways:Ìý

1. By right clicking on a folder and then selecting the ‘Manage Menu’ option from the context menu.
or
2. By right clicking on a folder and then selecting the ‘Properties’ option in the context menu. Then select the ‘Menu Options’ tab in the main workspace area to access the screen.

The following screen will then display where a user is then able to left click on the icon located to the left of an item and then drag that item to the required position to determine the menu order.Ìý

Alternatively, the values located in the column entitled ‘Order’ can be changed to that of the required menu order position, where the system will then automatically re-order the display when clicking away.

Having achieved the required re-ordering, clicking on the ‘Save Changes’ button located to the bottom right of the screen will then update the site with the changes.

Note: There are also the options to set to alphabetical order and also to revert the changes, should the menu order changes not be required.
